Every item in our store has been given a second chance — and by buying preloved, you're making a sustainable choice.

We stock a rotating range of quality clothing, homewares, furniture, books, toys, media and small appliances, all donated by the community and priced to move. Shopping with us is a sustainable choice — we try to reuse, repair and upcycle everything that comes through our doors. If we can find value in something, we will.

Sending items to landfill or recycling them through lower-value processes is always a last resort. If we do have to throw something out, we make sure to dispose of it ethically and responsibly.

Our profits support Fair Food and Zero Waste Aotearoa.

When you donate to Zero Waste Charity Store, you're putting your items in the hands of people who'll do their best to give them a future.

We welcome donations of quality clothing and homewares in good, clean condition. Everything we receive is treated as a resource — we'll do our best to rehome, repair, recycle, or upcycle it, because landfill is always our last resort.

Drop in during opening hours — no appointment needed.

Please note we're unable to accept items that are heavily damaged or stained. If you have a high-value item in need of repair, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
